Charter to Hold Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter 2012 Financial and Operating Results

ST. LOUIS, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) (the "Company" or "Charter") will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. A press release reporting such results will be issued at 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

The webcast can be accessed by selecting "Investor & News Center" from the lower menu on the home page. The call will be archived in the "Investor & News Center" in the "Financial Information" section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call. Participants should go to the call link no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register.
