Inforonics Launches Low-volume, Low-cost Tier 0 Customer Support Program - Helps Small and Start-up Companies Afford Outsourced Support Now, Instead of Later.


LITTLETON, Mass. --(Business Wire)--

Inforonics LLC announced today an initiative to help small and start-up companies prepare for success. These companies need to focus on market adoption, yet can quickly lose customers because of the lack of Tier 0 customer support resources. This program is designed to speed time to market by removing two of the largest challenges to new and smaller companies - high monthly minimums and set-up fees.

Inforonics is a US-based, SAS70 Type II certified IT Services Management Company and a Black Book of Outsourcing 2010 & 2011 Top 50 Outsourcing Vendor that has traditionally serviced larger clients that can more easily meet minimum monthly commitments. This Tier 0 program can cost under $1000 a month and roughly half the set-up cost of traditional programs. It includes 24 x 7 coverage from Inforonics' award-winning call center team, up to 500 minutes of telephone support per month, use of Inforonics' ticket system, and up to four hours of agent training. Standard reporting includes calls answere, calls abandoned, ASA, talk & ACW time, AHT and SF.
