Consortium of investors sells Allurent to Jenzabar


Jan 11, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- A consortium of investors has sold Allurent, Inc., a provider of Allurent on Demand SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, to Jenzabar, Inc., a provider of Internet enterprise software, e-learning solutions and services. All the entities are based in the US.



The consortium includes a private equity firm Polaris Venture Partners and GSI Commerce, Inc., a provider of e-commerce and interactive marketing services.
