GameStreamer Turns to RightNow for On Demand CRM

RightNow Technologies, an on-demand customer relationship management, CRM, solution company, has announced GameStreamer has selected the RightNow CRM solution to increase customer satisfaction.



GameStreamer is an innovator in digital distribution and streaming solutions for game publishers, developers and gamers. The company made the move to RightNow in hopes of achieving differentiation in the market through exceptional customer service delivery through the effective support of its complex service structure.

RightNow is expected to help GameStreamer to support four interfaces for the company’s different system requirements, including end-user customers, developers, store owners and internal agents; manage incoming e-mail, phone and chat interactions; provide business users the RightNow feedback tool to gather customer insight; and provide consistent and accurate answers to customers and agents while also improving efficiency.

GameStreamer operates a massive B2B network with major clients across the globe and is devoted to growing the gaming industry by verticalizing content to reach new niche markets and delivering targeted content to users using the latest in collaborative filtering techniques and social discovery.

RightNow offers high-impact technology solutions services organizations need to cost-effectively deliver a consistent superior customer experience across the frontline of service, sales and other marketing touchpoints.

Recent research by RightNow and other companies in the market show a significant demand for customer service options as companies are losing ground with the customer base when service is lacking.

With its on-demand offerings, RightNow is enjoying growth and additional expansion into the global market as it offers solutions companies need without the substantial upfront capital investments companies can’t afford.

Earlier this week, the company announced it was selected by Stamps.com to provide customer service via the Web, phone and e-mail through its on-demand CRM solution.

GameStreamer is also taking a more proactive approach to its service delivery. In addition to its RightNow selection, the company also selected Webtrends to provide more intuitive site experiences for customers and better tools to enable partner game stores to maximize sales and customer service efforts, demonstrating an increased focus on the customer experience.
