CSG Systems reports availability of new Intelligent Business Reporting application

CSG Systems (NASDAQ: CSGS), a provider of customer interaction
management and billing solutions, said yesterday (8 October) that the
company's new CSG Intelligent Business Reporting (IBR) application has
been released.

A new offering in CSG's suite of reporting applications, IBR was built
partly to complement its decision support and reporting application,
CSG Vantage. Through its web-based interface IBR offers customised
reporting capabilities using interactive reporting templates made for
specific business functions. IBR delivers detailed reports, scorecards
and dashboards such as product sales, agent performance and field
service productivity, CSG says.



While developing IBR CSG worked with its clients to better understand
the business intelligence capabilities required.

No pricing details were announced.
