Bluewolf Enjoys Wide Adoption Through Salesforce.com AppExchange

Salesforce.com ( News - Alert), a provider of on-demand business services, and Bluewolf, an on-demand enterprise software consulting company, have jointly announced that hundreds of customers have successfully used Bluewolf solutions via the AppExchange for more than 400 different integrations.
One of the most experienced salesforce.com integration partners, Bluewolf also announced new customers including Ashland Chemical, BP Solar, Citizens Bank, Fox Interactive, The Hartford Group, Nuance ( News - Alert) Communications, and Orange Telecom.
Bluewolf’s two integration products available through the AppExchange, Bluewolf’s Integrator (formerly ESI) and Replicator (formerly DRE), are designed to enable quick and efficient integration between Salesforce and many standard back office systems.
A number of Bluewolf customers are specifically using the Integrator to deliver integration between Salesforce and Oracle ( News - Alert)-based database systems (including Oracle 11i, Oracle 8i, and Oracle 10g), to demonstrate Bluewolf's broad experience and expertise with integrating these systems.
According to Scott Floeck, Chief Information Officer from Nuance Communications in a Tuesday statement, "We chose Bluewolf's Integrator to integrate Salesforce and our Oracle 11i billing system, pushing our invoice and order information from Oracle into Salesforce, making our teams more productive in calling on and managing our customer accounts."
"Bluewolf delivers proven solutions to help customers bring together the powerful benefits of on-demand Salesforce CRM with their legacy Oracle back-office systems," said Lou Fox, Bluewolf's Chief Architect, in Tuesday’s statement.
"With Bluewolf Integrator, these customers can gain significant benefits through integration, by making the information housed in each of these systems more accessible to employees throughout the organization."
"More than 50 percent of our 5.4 billion transactions last quarter were handled through the Salesforce API  , demonstrating its widespread integration with other enterprise applications," said George Hu, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com, in Tuesday’s statement.
"With their two solutions on the AppExchange, Bluewolf has led the charge with salesforce.com customers, demonstrating that integrating on-demand applications into existing IT environments delivers powerful results."
Specific benefits of Salesforce/Oracle integration with Bluewolf's Integrator tool include:
-- Providing salespeople with increased access to the customer billing information;
-- Providing finance departments with greater insight into forecasts;
-- Improving insight across the organization into products sold and customer delivery information.
Bluewolf’s Integrator and Replicator can be used alone or together to improve how information flows through an organization. Both solutions have been proven to be easy to use, offering created integrated jobs that are configured and managed through a series of GUI-based configuration screens, eliminating the need for coding or heavy involvement from IT. Both applications are easily accessible as a tab directly inside the Salesforce application, allowing Salesforce administrators to author and monitor ongoing integration jobs.
