 TMCnet Contributing Editor
On-demand CRM vendor Infusion Software has launched its newly designed and updated corporate Web site at www.infusionsoft.com. The site underwent a major makeover in response to "supporting company growth resulting in an online information center that better promotes the Infusion CRM products and services," and "offers more resources to small business marketers," according to company officials.
The new site will "change the way people read and share information on CRM and small business," company officials promise.
David Lee, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Infusion Software, said a major change was adding Web 2.0 applications such as RSS for news and blogs to the site, which is "completely integrated with Infusion CRM."
The site provides a live knowledge base where customers and prospects have access to product information, industry best practices, white papers, marketing Webinars, training, case studies and a wealth of company information.
TMC's ( News - Alert) Susan Campbell reported yesterday that Michael Gerber, the man Inc. Magazine calls the world's #1 Small Business Guru, inventor and author of The E-Myth, and founder of the In The Dreaming Room, will become the public presence of Infusion Software.
"In The Dreaming Room is Gerber's new company devoted to awakening the entrepreneurial spirit in people who want to start the business of their dreams," Campbell says. "Gerber has been touring the nation with his fulfillment workshops for In the Dreaming Room."
Infusion CRM wants to position itself as a "new breed" of CRM software that enables small businesses to grow quickly and profitably by enabling them to centralize, organize, and automate their marketing, sales and customer management.
Infusion CRM offers modules that come with the software, including e-commerce, lead capture, e-mail marketing, billing and collections, as well as sales, marketing and customer service "not found in other CRM software programs," company officials say.
