CRM Vendor GroupSpark Announces Microsoft Server 24x7 Support

TMCnet Contributing Editor

GroupSpark, a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner and private label Software as a Service provider of CRM and other hosted services including Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, has announced that it is now offering 24x7 private label tier-1 technical support for its resellers as an optional service.

This service is immediately available to channel partners and resellers so that they can provide their customers with comprehensive technical support and simultaneously save money.

Resellers can take advantage of GroupSpark’s internal infrastructure, technical expertise and leadership in the private label Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server marketplace by outsourcing technical support for their customers as well. The customer “will be unaware that their technical support is being provided by GroupSpark,” company officials say.

GroupSpark’s hosted SaaS (News - Alert) offering includes Dynamics CRM, which can be completely private labeled and resold by partners as a part of their own product offerings saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars in development and operational costs.

Last month GroupSpark announced that it is now offering private label Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, which upgrades the platform for e-mail, mobility and collaboration.

The company says their Microsoft Solution for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC) Version 4.0 is “the only platform that Microsoft has designed, tested and validated for Exchange Server 2007 hosting.”

According to a recent survey of the hosted services market by Osterman Research, the market for Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server will grow from its current base of 1.4 million mailboxes to over 7 million mailboxes by 2009. This growth represents over $600 million in new revenues.

GroupSpark launched a Status Page for users in May. “Now, if a problem is reported by one of your customers, you can easily refer to this page for any information that we hay have about it,” company officials said.

The company also created a page “that has no branding which you can incorporate into your Web site if you would like,” company officials said, adding that customers “can point your users to the unbranded page, or enclose it in an iframe as part of your own site.”
