Over her 19 years with AT&T, Katherine Bagin has accumulated experiences across several business disciplines including: Marketing, Product Management, Network, and Financial Services

Currently, Katherine is AT&T’s Consumer VP of VoIP Product Management and Marketing responsible for introducing this new leading edge technology into the residential market place. Previously, in her role as New Services Development VP, Katherine created an Innovations Growth Platform introducing New Services to sell to AT&T’s base of 40M consumers. The role was a forward facing position requiring strong collaborative leadership to build and lead a dynamic cross-functional team that continues to undertake the implementation of multiple trials in a disciplined yet entrepreneurial fashion.

Prior to this role, Katherine was Marketing Vice President for AT&T Consumer’s DSL – Broadband Services. Katherine also led AT&T’s Consumer’s E-Business Strategy, which included Web Operations, E-Commerce, Online Billing transactions and Online Care Self-Servicing. In this role, Katherine increased consumer’s adoption of online billing three-fold, and transformed e-contact interactions with AT&T’s consumer base.

She has also led a variety of major marketing launches for the Consumer Business including:
• Re- Entry into Consumer Local Services

• 1800CALLATT launch, targeted at the youth audience, directing a multi-million dollar, multi-media campaign, including sponsorship events with MTV, X-Games, NBA, and WWF

• AT&T Calling Card re-positioning, migrating $1B of call volume from a “00” dialing behavior to 1800CALLATT in the first year

• AT&T Universal Credit Card Launch

Katherine holds an Executive MBA from Harvard University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, and a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from the same university.
