We are challenging PRODUCT/SOLUTION MANUFACTURERS to show us � not merely tell us � how their companies� visions have delivered on the promise of EXCELLENCE for their clients in a genuine and measurable way. Product/Solution Manufacturers should share with our judges, exactly what it is about their products and solutions that sets them apart from their competitors.

Tell Us A Story
For a chance to succeed and earn this coveted mark of excellence, we ask that you custom-prepare a 1,000-word essay in case study format, detailing the story of success experienced by one of your clients after implementing your company�s products or services. Keep in mind we would love to see actual hard data � numbers demonstrating the improvements your product has made in one of your client�s business. We�d like to hear about the number of installations or deployments of your software or services, the number of users, approximate time to deploy the solution, examples of productivity gains, which departments are affected by the installation and what problems your chosen customer example had before your solution came along. Real, verifiable data are requested, and the editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY will evaluate your submissions and bestow awards based on the information you provide.

The Deadline
The deadline for submissions for the INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Awards is July 23, 2004. Submission should be in the form of a Microsoft Word attachment or can also be pasted into the text body of an e-mail message.
