It's easy to get lost in the cloud shuffle. At this point, it feels as though there are countless cloud service providers, each pitching virtually the same product suite and making the same promises of reliability, services, features and performance. The key differentiator in an arena such as the cloud is the personal touch. Technology is the easy part.
Ribbon is in a unique position to support the transformation of both service provider and enterprise communities, which is reflected in the agenda for its upcoming customer and partner summit, Perspectives18.
Solgari this week announced the addition of a compliant SMS service to its compliment of cloud communications solutions. Automatically addressing GDPR and MiFiD II, the new service is available to current and incoming Solgari customers.

The cloud was once considered questionable, today however this transformative technology is driving change across all points of the enterprise - from the contact center and customer service, all the way up to the c-suite. The cloud-based contact center space alone is expected to jump from a $6.8 billion in 2017 to nearly $21 billion by 2022.

WEBINAR: Accelerating UC Deployment and Adoption

Wednesday, June 6, 2018
2:00pm ET | 11:00am PT

REGISTER!

Today's Unified Communications (UC) problem statement is "Adoption" - or rather, the lack thereof. Low Adoption rates can wreak havoc on a UC business case, especially those that hinge on a consolidated collaboration tool set, support resource consolidation, and higher productivity metrics - all driven by adopted UC services! Driving the Adoption Problem is often a below-average user experience, and while advanced UC platforms like Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, or Avaya's Aura platform can deliver massive transformative benefits, they also can be highly complex - and the cause behind a poor user experience can be hidden in this complexity.

What Attendees will learn:

  • The Problem - Adoption defined, quantified, sliced and diced
  • UC Domains - multidimensional complexity explained in human terms
  • Performance Management Solutions – what they unify, and why "single pane of glass matters"
  • Implementing for Success - how to maximize your UC return with performance management at the center of your deployment
EdgeWater Networks announced Trade Up to SD-WAN, a program offering partners the possibility of upgrading older Edgemarc Intelligent Edges to a device capable of supporting SD-WAN. The program allows partners to augment functionality, while still maintaining security and service assurance.
