Sangoma Announces a New Line of Products at the ITEXPO Miami 2013

ITEXPO (News - Alert) offers a convergence of education, innovation and networking by bringing together a community of communications and technology buyers, sellers, resellers and manufacturers. It is also a time to unveil and introduce new products and services and 2013 was no different. At the ITEXPO Miami 2013, Sangoma Technologies (News - Alert) Corporation, a global provider of IP communication systems hardware and software components, announced the general availability of the Vega Enterprise SBS Series and NetBorder Carrier SBC (Session Border Controller) products.
During the expo, taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla. Sangoma unveiled its highly-scalable line of SBC solutions that run on both stand-alone devices and in VM environments. The four SBC models are Vega Enterprise SBC, Vega Enterprise SBC VM/Software, Vega Enterprise SBC VM/Hybrid and NetBorder Carrier SBC. These products are targeted at both service providers and enterprise customers.
According to the VP of worldwide sales at Sangoma, Doug Vilim (News - Alert), the company was pleased to be taking an active role at ITEXPO to demonstrate its innovative solutions and show how they have a tangible impact on network performance and operations. Several of Sangoma’s key technology and distribution partners had their own booths at the ITEXPO with a number joining Sangoma in Booth #501 for the “Ask the Experts” series. The session is intended for IT professionals and users to ask Sangoma technologists and professionals for guidance in resolving specific networking issues.
Sangoma’s line of products have found a niche in the enterprise SBC market where rapid expansion is fueling interest in unique solutions addressing such key business needs like operational efficiency and security. By providing a consistent web-based management GUI through its product line, Sangoma enables enterprises to integrate SBC functions within existing operational environment.
