Veddio Announces Integration Enhancements for Cloud PSA Platform at ITEXPO East 2012

Veddio (News - Alert) Cloud Solutions has rolled out a new integration enhancement for its Professional Service Automation (PSA) platforms. The improvements are being demonstrated at the ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2012/MSPWorld event happening now in Miami, Fla.

The new enhancements are meant to help managed services providers (MSPs) save time and generate more recurring revenue. PSA-enabled MSPs will have a means to shorten their managed cloud services sales cycle and more easily manage their cloud services through the enhanced platform.

Veddio is demonstrating the latest PSA integrations through its Cloud Dashboard in Booth 1107 at IT EXPO/MSPWorld. The integrations are meant to aid the company's channel partners, enabling them to offer an entire suite of one-stop, white-labeled cloud services integrated with their core service offerings. This helps partners build their client relationships while also streamlining support and management through a complete managed solution.

Veddio's offerings are geared toward MSPs, system integrators, ITSP/VARs and software companies. The company's suite of cloud services and its cloud dashboard enable IT professionals to immediately offer clients white-labeled cloud solutions like cloud servers, VoIP, online backup, exchange, hosting, SharePoint and Remote Apps. All services may be managed from a single, easy-to-use web platform through the Cloud Dashboard.

The company's Cloud Dashboard won the Best New Technology (News - Alert) category at MSPWorld in Austin, TX in 2011. The award was given by The International Association of Managed Service Providers (MSPAlliance) in tandem with MSPWorld.
