Quanta Computer’s Syspine Digital Operator Phone System featuring Microsoft (News - Alert) Response Point phone system software is now available at Costco.com, the company said.

"The Syspine Digital Operator Phone System has been a real hit with small businesses, and this new relationship with Costco.com will offer prospective users yet another easy purchase method," said Mike Yang (News - Alert), vice president of Quanta Computer, in a statement.
"We are very pleased and fortunate to be associated with such a respected and reputable company like Costco."

An advanced IP phone system, Syspine (News - Alert), is designed for companies with up to 50 employees.

Created for ease of use, low costs and integration with other technologies, the phone system features voice-recognition system that can be linked with a company's internal phone directory, as well as an individual's Microsoft Office Outlook address book.

The Syspine Digital Operator A50 is a single-solution device that will connect up to eight standard telephone lines.

It also features a high-end, server-grade, fan-less design and can be installed anywhere. Businesses can add up to 50 individual Syspine IP310 business phones to create a complete, integrated small business phone system with no additional licensing fees. Quanta Computer (News - Alert) is major player in providing technology products to many of the world's most prestigious electronics companies through ODM and EMS business models.

Quanta also is a manufacturer of notebook computers and offers high value-added products ranging from notebook, mobile communications, automobile electronics, digital home, networking systems, and various consumer electronic devices.

In April, the company had announced that the Syspine Digital Operator Phone System would become more powerful and even easier for small businesses to use this summer when the feature update Service Pack 1 (SP1) is added to its Microsoft Response Point phone system software.

Response Point SP1 will provide the advanced features to Syspine including SIP Trunking with DID number (Direct Inward Dial) Support, Call History View, Click to Call (the ability to call out directly by clicking a phone number on your computer screen), Customized Call Park Music (customers can make their own call park music or message), Call Restriction per phone, and a Device Firmware Upgrade Tool (a function that upgrades firmware of all phones at the same time)
