BroadSoft Joins Forces with C3ntro Telecom

BroadSoft (News - Alert), Inc., an Htek partner and a provider of cloud business software for unified communication, collaboration and contact centers, recently teamed up with C3ntro Telecom, a telecommunications and information technology company. The companies would like to strengthen their technology relationship through C3ntro Telecom’s offer to the Mexican market named “Unified Communications (News - Alert).”

According to the announcement, “Using the BroadSoft Business UC-One® application, an application that includes voice, video, instant messaging, presence monitoring, call recording, mobility and collaboration, businesses can now have all the necessary tools to optimize their workplace communications.”

As the announcement points out, Mexico has 59 million smartphone users, giving it the highest mobile penetration rate in Latin America. That number presents great opportunity for cloud businesses, allowing them to integrate mobile devices with enterprise communication. The platform is hosted by C3ntro Telecom’s data centers, enabling the availability of the service due to its geographical redundancy and highest standards of security. “Unified Communication” customers can also benefit from reduced costs, increased performance, scalability, mobility and quick deployment.

This strengthened partnership is obviously beneficial for users, in that the offering provides an intuitive, fast-access interface that integrates a worker's preferred communication applications into a single application. That can then be downloaded to all mobile devices - personal computers, smartphones or tablets - giving users the ability to communicate and collaborate anywhere in real time.

However, the partnership has also proven the be successful for C3ntro Telecom, as it now has access to BroadSoft’s digital assets, such as eBooks, eGuides and whitepapers. The resources are valuable tools to teach C3ntro Telecom how to enhance the ways its customers adopt, use, and benefit from unified communications services.
