Cloud migration has accelerated among businesses of all sizes in the last two years, driven in large part by the desire to become more agile, reduce operational costs, and increase innovation. Adoption shows no signs of slowing and the IDC predicts that most software vendors will have fully shifted to a software as a service (SaaS) or platform as a service (PaaS) platform by the year 2018.
Enterprises typically have diverse application portfolios, which is why so many are turning to a hybrid cloud strategy. Some applications have variable workloads and low data sensitivity, making them natural fits for public clouds. Others have data that not everybody is comfortable having outside of a corporate firewall and steady state demand, making them better suited for private clouds.

RackWare today announced the general availability of its solution for managing hybrid cloud environments. The Advanced Hybrid Cloud Management Suite addresses all types of scenarios, including public clouds, OpenStack, and physical environments.

His career includes executive positions at industry-leading companies such as BroadSoft and Ditech, as well as experience with successful startups such as Ascend and Cascade Communications.
