Report: Cloud-based Contact Center Market to Reach $10.9 Billion by 2019

A recent report shows that the cloud-based contact center market is currently worth about $4.15 billion, and it predicts that number to grow to $10.9 billion by 2019. That represents a compound annual growth rate of 21.3 percent over the next five years, which will heavily affect several prominent global regions.
The report, "Cloud Based Contact Center Market by Solution -- Worldwide Forecasts and Analysis (2014 - 2019)," indicates that North America will be the biggest driver of this market growth -- it is expected to contribute the most revenue to the overall market. The report also expects the Middle East and Africa, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific regions to follow it closely and experience high CAGRs over the five-year period.
