Maximizer Inducts Partners For Mobile CRM Growth

By Vivek Naik, TMCnet Contributor

Maximizer Software has announced that JumpShop and Fone Solutions are the first companies to sign its partner program that targets an expansion of its mobile centric Customer Relationship Management (CRM) scope and reach.

"With small and medium-sized businesses demanding more applications for their smartphone devices and realizing the need for an end-to-end mobile strategy that considers the hardware and software, we are aggressively seeking top-notch partners like JumpShop and Fone Solutions to help our customers grow with mobility," said Angie Hirata, worldwide director of Marketing and Business Development of Maximizer Software.

JumpShop is value added reseller and a Bell Mobility certified partner based in Edmonton, Canada, that scrutinizes customers’ existing wireless connectivity communication devices and reviews related company strategy. After a thorough analysis it suggests leaner, more effective methods to significantly stretch allotted IT budgets.

It specializes in solutions that enable end users to share minutes, implement premise located or hosted Blackberry Enterprise Server, help transport vehicles with hands free calling, takes care of upgrades and repairs, and allows direct connectivity to IP cameras.

Its partnership with Maximizer will focus on adding value to its BlackBerry (News - Alert) and BlackBerry Enterprise Server customers with Maximizer Mobile CRM.

Fone Solutions is based in the U.K. and provides independent telecom solutions to small and medium businesses for mobile and fixed line solutions, mobile data, vehicle tracking and insurance. It was deemed the Best Dealer by the U.K. Mobile Industry in 2008, and will also offer Maximizer Mobile CRM to existing customers and markets in the U.K. and Europe.

"We see these mobile channel partnerships as the first of many as we build out our mobile CRM brand across the globe."
The partnership between these three companies is in keeping with one of the seven mantras of the time, as reported by TMCnet, which dictates that companies must make serious efforts to reach out and collaborate with each. The seven guidelines for succeeding in current economic environment are collectively called the CES (News - Alert) 7 and were pronounced and initiated at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2009.

Maximizer Mobile CRM, reported TMCnet, encompasses all of Maximizer’s Mobile CRM products that include MaxLink for Palm devices, MaxMobile for BlackBerry or Windows Mobile devices, where data is stored on the device and synchronized with Maximizer CRM in the office. It is engineered to connect with most brands of Samrtphones.

Another report by TMCnet says that with Maximizer Mobile CRM, organizations can reduce staff downtime and increase field productivity; increase customer face time by reducing time spent on office administration; build customer intimacy by reviewing up-to-date customer details before a meeting; and improve real-time visibility into sales and staff activities.
