One Communications Announces Business Partner Program; Receives Accolades from Channel Partners

BURLINGTON, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- Today One Communications, the largest privately-held, multi-regional integrated telecommunications solutions provider in the United States, announced its revitalized Business Partner Program for channel partners. Driven by the leadership of recently added vice president and general manager of the Business Partner Channel, Michael Fair, the program enhances the former Agent Program and provides the company with a best-in-class platform to support business partner growth.




"Over the past 4 months, we've completely redeveloped the One Communications channel partner program to deliver all the tools necessary to support the growth and success of our channel partners," said Fair. "We've made significant investments in process improvements, training, communications, and pre- and post-sale support to provide our partners with an industry leading program experience." In addition to new channel leadership, One Communications channel partner resources have been realigned into a separate organization accountable for providing responsive pre- and post-sale support to meet channel partner needs. Additional dedicated resources have been added to provide marketing, program and promotions support, as well as streamlined order management, issue repair, and customer service.

Partner communications have been enhanced with a new partner welcome process, regular email notices, monthly newsletters, and a revamped partner portal. The revised portal offers a robust content management system, new look and feel, improved organizational structure, and real-time order status and trouble ticket tracking for partners.

A first-ever Partner Advisory Board has also been established and recently held its inaugural meeting in March in Fort Myers, FL. Working closely with the One Communications business partner team, the Advisory Board will help direct and refine the strategies of the business partner program to ensure its alignment with partner needs on an ongoing basis.
