VoiceInterop Expands Value Added Reseller Program

By Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributing Editor

VoiceInterop, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleartronic, Inc., has expanded its Value Added Reseller Program targeting IP Telephony companies and System Integrators.

"We are extremely pleased with the number of land mobile radio (LMR) dealers that have joined our VAR program by executing our value added reseller agreements," said Larry Reid, CEO of VoiceInterop (News - Alert), in a statement.

Reid said that many have commented that VoiceInterop's AudioMate products present an opportunity to dealers with new ways to leverage and revitalize their client relationships in today's tough economic environment.

“We are experiencing the same phenomenon from IP Telephony companies who require LMR integration with their core service offerings. Some of today's largest IP Telephony companies are now using VoiceInterop's AudioMate IP gateway devices to integrate LMR into their unified communication solutions," he said.

VoiceInterop, Inc., is a unified communications solutions company specializing in standards-based UC middleware application development and integration of IT/Telecom systems.

VoiceInterop also manufactures and sells its series of patent pending AudioMate360 IP gateway devices. The company claims that its UC solutions enhance risk mitigation and operational efficiencies for homeland security, public safety, first responders and business continuity requirements.

In February VoiceInterop, Inc, had announced the signing of a Cross Licensing Agreement with KITS, Inc. of Round Rock, Texas.

The pact would allow VoiceInterop and KITS to sell each others products and services
KITS, Inc., an IBM Advanced Business Partner, provides data and voice integration solutions to the military, homeland security/public safety and commercial enterprise sectors.

KITS specializes in facilitating trusted and secure information exchange between disparate systems as an enabler of Situational Awareness (SA) for combat units, a commander's Incident Awareness (IA) for Homeland Security, or an accurate and current financial picture for the banking industry.

Central to the KITS approach is the concept of leveraging an organization's existing technology investments via the sharing of data across an enterprise to achieve true reliable information enabled exchange.
