The last couple of years have been a period of significant change at ShoreTel, which two years ago installed Don Joos as CEO and embarked on a strategy to transform the company, which has become well-known over the years for its Brilliantly Simple tagline, into one that is easier to do business with - both from the perspective of its business customers and channel partners - and better positioned for growth.

To continue that growth, the company, which already has data centers on four continents, will put more focus on international and multinational opportunities.
One of the challenges SMBs face is not being able to access enterprise grade solutions at price points they can afford. In order to address this segment, Avaya has announced its Avaya Midmarket Select Program, designed to provide enterprise class business communications at competitively priced total cost of ownership.
