SoundBite Chooses IntelePeer's IP Communication Services for Voice Messaging Campaigns

SoundBite Communications, Inc., a provider of on-demand, multi-channel, proactive customer communications, has selected IntelePeer's IP communication services for the delivery of its time-critical voice messaging campaigns.

Officials with IntelePeer (News - Alert) said that the company provides a suite of on-demand, IP communications solutions for high-volume outbound contact centers, notification service providers and interactive marketers.

Company officials said that IntelePeer SIP trunking, a Voice Peering Network and patented SuperRegistry, containing more than 422 million directly peered telephone numbers, delivers local, long distance and international call origination and termination with carrier-class quality.

As a cloud-based platform, IntelePeer's services can scale on-demand to meet the time-critical, burstable traffic needs of this demanding market while improving call completion rates and dramatically lowering telecommunications costs.

"SoundBite provides organizations worldwide with proactive customer communications solutions for all stages of the consumer communications lifecycle," said Jason Temple, vice president of operations at SoundBite, in a statement.

Temple said that many of these communications are time-sensitive and require a high degree of scalability and reliability. IntelePeer has a proven record of delivering business-class communications.

“When we recently launched a new campaign that doubled our traffic, IntelePeer scaled our capacity in mere minutes, a feat that simply is not possible with many suppliers," he said.
