Enterprise VoIP Provider to Announce Platform Updates

VoIPstreet, a Pittsburgh, Pa.-based provider of enterprise VoIP services and a subsidiary of ABG Capital, offers customers a number of businesses phone solutions to meet their varying demands.

 

For home, small and virtual offices, the company offers a virtual PBX (News - Alert) phone solution and an IP trunking solution. Also, for larger enterprise customers, the company also provides a metered phone solution.

 

To find out more about what VoIPstreet has in the works, I took some time to ask Jason Tapolci, chief operating officer at ABG Capital some questions on the subject.

 

By the end of Q4, Tapolci said VoIPstreet will be launching a new Virtual PBX and SIP trunking platform that will go along with its carrier class network.

 

What makes this new offering unique from what’s currently available, Tapolci said, is that it’s “a more complete version of our current platform.”

 

Also included as part of this new version will be a billing and proposal module that Tapolci said will make quoting and billing “a breeze” along with a new pricing and packaging structure.

“This will be a full solution for any business that wants to get into the VoIP industry without being in the VoIP industry,” Tapolci told TMCnet.
