Bharti Teletech Now Certified as Polycom 'Authorized Service Partner'By Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributor Bharti Teletech Limited, a subsidiary of India’s business conglomerate Bharti Enterprises and manufacturers and distributor of telecom and allied products, has been named an “Authorized Service Partner” under the Polycom “Partner Service Program.”
Company officials said that this program recognizes the commitment of Polycom’s (News - Alert) channel partner to provide best-in-class service and support by having met the technical training and service delivery criteria to provide partner installation and support – ensuring that all Polycom customers receive a reliable and consistent level of service wherever they are located.
Officials said that the certification provides customers with the assurance that Bharti Teletech has the knowledge, training and expertise for the deployment and service of Polycom’s voice and video conferencing products.
“We are proud to be recognized by Polycom as one of its authorized service partners in this industry,” said Sunil Kr Goyal, CEO, Bharti Teletech, in a statement.
Goyal said that this recognition as an authorized service partner demonstrates the importance the company places on providing consistent high quality service and support to customers, Now customers of Polycom will benefit with instant product service within India, he added.
“Polycom has the broadest services coverage of any vendor in the unified collaboration market,” said Paul Newell, director, strategic and technical sales and country manager, India & SAARC, Polycom. Newell said that this certification recognizes Bharti Teletech’s commitment to providing consistent high-quality support in the deployment and service of Polycom solutions – ensuring customers are able to derive maximum return on their investments.
Polycom officials said that under the “Partner Service Program,” Bharti Teletech has been authorized to sell services and provide remote technical help desk support for all products under this scheme.
