DESCA Achieves First Cisco Master Multinational Specialization for Unified Communications

Cisco has awarded its first Master Multinational Specialization in Emerging Markets for Unified Communications (News - Alert) designation to DESCA. This means the company can provide end-to-end coverage for advanced Cisco Unified Communications solutions in the14 Latin American countries in which it operates.

 

Cisco (News - Alert) said to attain this specialization; partners must meet stringent requirements and demonstrate master-level capabilities and customer successes. To qualify, the partner applies for the Master Unified Communications Specialization and uploads various credentials and documents to Cisco via a Web-based tool for validation.

 

The Master Multinational distinction has been awarded to DESCA for its expertise in delivering Cisco Unified Communications solutions in the Central America, North South America and Caribbean (CANSAC) region; the Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia region; and Mexico.
