Video Conferencing Technology From Graybow Communications Enables Businesses To Save MoneyBy Calvin Azuri, TMCnet Contributing Editor Graybow Communications Group recently demonstrated how businesses can save money with video conferencing technology at an event held at their corporate office. Graybow demonstrated how its Advanced Services can to integrate with videoconferencing equipment from TANDBERG to reduce business travel expenses and increase efficiency and productivity.
By utilizing these advanced technology components, it is possible to increase productivity through more efficient communication and reduce business travel by up to 30 percent. Businesses can also achieve ROI in less than one year by using these products. Additionally, videoconferencing reduces energy consumption, CO2 emissions and traffic congestion.
According to David Myers, owner of InTUNE Professional Document Services, the options offered at the event were very impressive.
With Graybow’s advanced services and videoconferencing equipment, businesses will be able to strengthen business relationships with face-to-face communication as well as share ideas across distances and improve collaboration. This also makes it possible to speed up decision making time and improve the quality of an employee’s life by reducing the need to travel.
The videoconferencing products that were demonstrated as enabling businesses to save money include the TANDBERG Codec C90, a flexible telepresence and collaboration engine that provides 1080p HD video and ultra-wideband audio and the TANDBERG 1700 MXP, a personal video conference system that contains a compact, high-definition camera along with CD-quality audio.
Another product, the TANDBERG FieldView, consists of a wireless, handheld video device that will provide instant connectivity to colleagues.
Also, the Edge MXP Series from TANDBERG can transform meeting facilities into an interactive setting via video and a simple PC equipped with a webcam can be turned into a videoconferencing system by using the TANDBERG Movi.
