·        Financial Models: With increased competition, low barriers to churn, and shifting revenue streams, service provider margins are under pressure. The SP2.0™ framework helps operators grow revenues; provide the service experience customers want; transform and engage their workforce; and leverage outsourcing of non-core functions to strategic partners.
