IPiphany and GotVoice Offer Voicemail-to-Text Service

GotVoice (News - Alert), Inc. the voice messaging company, along with IPiphany, today announced a new voicemail-to-text service for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). The new service is built on GotVoice business-class technology and is available immediately to IPiphany's users.



 
The new IPiphany service, based on GotVoice's G2 (News - Alert) voice transformation technology, is capable of converting voicemail into text and delivers messages to users email inboxes. This makes it one of the simplest voicemail to use and acts as archive for messages for easy search and retrieval. GotVoices G2 platform, with its carrier-grade, high-quality transcription engine built for scalability and interoperation with all major voice and VoIP carriers supports millions of its users. The solution is already served to clients through voicemail servers, including landline and wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile (News - Alert).
