VoIP Logic Introduces Provisioning API for Its Cortex(R) System Management Portal

MIAMI --(Business Wire)-- VoIP Logic, (www.voiplogic.com), a leading provider of voice-over-IP (VoIP) Managed Services, today introduced its new Web services application programming interface (API), accessible to Service Providers via its Cortex System Management portal, version 2.1. This first API will allow Service Providers to more easily integrate with the provisioning and management of their end-user feature sets, phone services, emergency services, messaging and billing, in addition to allowing Service Providers to use branded Cortex Web portals or integrate directly into their own Web sites.

Specifically, the new APIs enable the following ways to access and utilize information from a growing list of best-of-breed subsystems that include Sylantro, Iperia, and High Deal:

-- Provision an end-user across all systems

-- Access end user functionality across multiple systems and Cortex

-- Look up all types of entities

-- Change and delete entities

Cortex, VoIP Logic's VoIP integration middleware, empowers VoIP Service Providers to provision and customize service offerings on best-of-breed systems, and, as such, provide their end-users with a single point of self-care.
