Interlink Communication Systems Sign Agreement to Distribute snom technology's VoIP Phones in North America

snom technology AG (News - Alert) has announced that Interlink Communication Systems will be the distributor for snom phones in North America. snom VoIP Phones will be available to Interlink’s North American network of Value Added Resellers, Network Service Providers and Systems Integrators.
snom technology AG is manufacturers and developers of premium VoIP phones and VoIP based equipment built on the IETF open standard and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert)). All its software exists in the firmware on the phones which makes users to download updates and new features easily. snom provides its customers with feature-rich business telephones that offer plug-and-play integration into any SIP-based telephony platform.
Interlink Communication Systems is an internetworking-focused distribution company which deals with IP telephony, wire-line, fiber optic and wireless Local Area and Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN), and access aggregation and optimization.

Advanced technology including the use of IP DECT (News - Alert) in the award wining m3 will continue to propel snom in the market, and Interlink is proud to include snom as our first strategic partner for IP phones in support of over 3,000 Interlink VAR and system integrator partners."
According to the agreement, Interlink will distribute snom’s full line of VoIP telephones which includes snom 300 series IP phones and snom m3. snom m3 is the new IP DECT phone for VoIP users which can provide an optimal VoIP communication system for the home office, SMB or enterprise.
“With an expertise in IP telephony and continued expansion into the VoIP market, we believe having Interlink as a snom distribution partner makes perfect business sense for us,” said Michael Knieling, executive director of sales and marketing for snom, in the press release, “As we seek to expand our presence in North America, we look forward to leveraging Interlink’s network of VARs and systems integrators, as well as their ability to offer business customers bundled VoIP solutions.”
