ShoreTel Recognizes VoIP Company AmeriCom

AmeriCom, Inc., announced that they have been recognized by ShoreTel (News - Alert), the makers of “Brilliantly Simple” enterprise reseller VoIP business phone systems. AmeriCom received the “world class” designation for its level of customer satisfaction. 

This recognition is based on responses from AmeriCom’s new customers who installed the ShoreTel Business Phone (News - Alert) Systems during the 2009 calendar year.

Shore Tel gives AmeriCom an overall rating exceeding 91 percent, and a ranking of “A-“ for its professionalism and customer care in network assessment, system design, project management, end user training and post sale follow up.

These conclusions were drawn from ShoreTel’s customer satisfaction surveys conducted by an objective third party.

Stephen Mannarino, president and founder of AmeriCom Voice and Data Systems while remarking on the recognition said he was satisfied but not surprised when notified of this recognition. He added that every AmeriCom employee has contributed towards a positive customer experience.
