Virtutone Delivers VoIP and FoIP to Cash Store

Virtutone Networks, a supplier of Internet-based voice and fax solutions has landed a contract from The Cash Store Financial Services Inc., The Cash Store Australia Holdings Inc., and The Cash Store Financial Limited UK or “Cash Store.”

 

Under the contract, Virtutone will provide a private network to the client that will interconnect their head office and over 500 retail branches in three nations with VoIP and fax over IP or, “FoIP” services.

 

A fully managed, private network supporting VoIP and FoIP lines in three continents will support the Cash Store head office, current and future branch locations. Virtutone is bound by a minimum commitment agreement with the client over the term of the contract for the Voice and Fax line services to the 469 existing locations in Canada and 40 existing locations in Australia.

 

Initially, the Cash Store will install Virtutone VoIP and FoIP lines in all its new branches and this entire process will be distributed over the next the 3 years. This private network means the company will no longer have to spend money on intercompany long distance charges.

 

This network will also allow four-digit dialing between branches and head office. Thanks to Virtutone's proprietary FoIP solution, the companies are free from typical problems related with routing traffic from fax machines over an Internet connection.
