Broadvox Meets All Eight Better Business Bureau StandardsBy Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor The Better Business Bureau has awarded Broadvox Accreditation status. Broadvox (News - Alert) is a provider of IP Communication solutions for SMBs and enterprises and achieved this status after it successfully met the eight BBB standards of business.
Broadvox got the highest rating possible: an A+! This achievement will assure Broadvox customers that they have hired an internet telephony service provider that upholds a very high measurable standard of quality and business ethics.
According to a press release, the BBB Code of Business Practices is built on eight principles: Building trust, advertising honestly, telling the truth, being transparent, being responsive, safeguarding privacy and embodying integrity.
The BBB Code of Business Practices is built upon the Accreditation Standards. Broadvox provides integrated managed VoIP services to SMB, enterprise, and carrier customers. This is not the only certificate achieved by the company this month. Earlier this month, Broadvox achieved interoperability certification with Switchvox SMB business communications system.
Switchvox is Digium's family of Voice Over IP Phone (News - Alert) systems designed for small and medium businesses. These systems are characterized by their ease of use and helpful features. Digium claims Switchvox costs less than a traditional PBX (News - Alert).
This award allows resellers to deliver unified communications solutions to SMBs that want affordable solutions that can help them to integrate phones, e-mail, chat, video and the internet to enable better, more efficient communications.
