Grandstream Releases Feature Pack 2.0 Firmware for GXV3140 IP Multimedia PhoneBy Marisa Torrieri, TMCnet Editor Grandstream Networks has announced the Feature Pack 2.0 firmware release for the GXV3140 IP multimedia phone.
Suited for both consumers and SMBs, the GXV3140 marries Web and social multimedia applications with free, real-time IP video telephony to strengthen relationships with family, friends, business colleagues and customers. With Feature Package 2.0, customers can now make three-way video calls, access social networks like Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter, customize the phone with various music ring tones, stream video from sites like YouTube and IP video surveillance cameras and use the GXV3140 in a wireless environment via Grandstream’s optional WiFi (News - Alert) adapter.
The GXV3140 was recently included in the celebrity gift bag for “Dancing with the Stars” Season 9 finalists.

Feature Pack 2.0 firmware can be downloaded at http://www.grandstream.com/firmware.html. Existing users of GXV3140 can just reboot their phone to automatically upgrade to this new firmware.
