SIP Print and Interlink Ink Distribution Partnership Agreement

By Kelly McGuire, TMCnet Editor

When SIP-based VoIP call recording provider, SIP Print (News - Alert) announced a new strategic financing partnership last week, it seemed the company’s new division was a result of efforts to cater to a more extensive customer base in the SMB market, with financing now provided by the call recording provider.

And now, with SIP Print’s new distribution partnership with Interlink Communications Systems (News - Alert), or “ICS,” an internetworking focused specialty distribution company, the company’s SIP and VoIP-based call recording systems will now be offered to ICS’ reseller community.

Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO and president of SIP Print, said that ICS was a natural fit for SIP Print as the company delivers an impressive value proposition to its ever-increasing roster of resellers.

“We are pleased to join forces with ICS in communicating the availability and value of SIP Print’s award-winning yet affordable call recording solution for IP communications systems,” Palmer said, adding that ICS’ market coverage and strong support infrastructure will help drive SIP Print’s products even deeper into the SMB market.

SIP Print's VoIP call recording systems are a natural product line extension for VARs and distributors selling and supporting today's leading IP-PBX (News - Alert) systems.

For ICS resellers the relationship of SIP Print’s systems creates expanded growth opportunities by divulging into the underserved market for call recording solutions for SIP and, or VoIP phone systems and hybrid systems.

As organizations increasingly turn to IP-based phone systems, and as compliance requirements, regulatory changes, and corporate quality programs drive strong demand for call recording, SIP Print is well positioned as a leading provider of affordable on-premise systems to record and archive calls on these SIP/VoIP recording platforms.

Al Higgins, president of Interlink, said that SIP Print is an excellent addition to the company’s line card.

“Their SIP-based call recording platform is not only compatible with many of our other strategic partners, it also represents another opportunity for Interlink VARs to meet the rising demand to deliver comprehensive, yet affordable VoIP solutions to their customer base,” Higgins said.

Because SIP Print supports SIP at the communications system level, the company’s patent-pending platform can also record advanced functions like voicemail or “follow-me” calls on mobile phones or other off-premise phone numbers, ensuring endpoint accessibility.
