Dash Carrier Services Enters Into Pact With VIXXI Solutions

Dash Carrier Services (News - Alert), a provider of wholesale carrier products and services for IP Telephony rollouts, has entered into a strategic relationship with for business expansion.

VIXXI Solutions, a nationwide E911 service provider, would now be a value added vendor of E911 services for dash911services suite.

 

Dash officials claimed that over 180 Voice Service Providers across North America utilize dash911, the company’s core E911 emergency services offering.

 

“This partnership with VIXXI is essential to our continued growth, and allows us to penetrate new markets,” said Justin Nelson, CEO, Dash, in a statement.

 

Nelson said that VIXXI’s proven solutions and conviction to evolving with Next Generation 911 solidifies the company’s ability to serve current and future customers. 

The company officials said that Dash, which recently introduced an expanded suite of wholesale voice products and services, provides a unique, all-inclusive set of offerings to both emerging and established voice carriers.

 

The company’s integrated portfolio includes dash911, E911 for VoIP, dashconnect, nationwide origination and termination, dashinfo, CNAM, 411, and nationwide directory listing services.

 

Christopher Camut, president and CEO of VIXXI said that his company was excited to be Dash’s premier E911 network and database provider.

 

“Their decision is indicative of a major shift in the industry as the market realizes it has a choice in 911 providers and demands the most sophisticated technology available.”

 

Camut said that VIXXI’s IP-based platform was purpose-built to the next generation vision, while competition is still struggling to keep up by manipulating old circuit-switched infrastructure.

 

Dash Carrier Services recently announced that NetSapiens will expand its relationship with Dash and use its full product suite for voice-over-IP (VoIP) rollouts in 2009. 

In addition to providing its customers with access to dash911, dashconnect and dashinfo, NetSapiens is utilizing a branded end-user portal for e911 (News - Alert), and the Dash API Dashboard as a single point of integration for all other services.
