CTI Group Announces New VoIP Call Recording Lab

CTI Group (News - Alert), a developer of wireless and VoIP recording, analysis and invoice management applications, has announced a new tier one quality VoIP Call Recording Laboratory.

 

The new lab will enable service providers to try CTI Group's VoIP call recording in a tier one quality lab experience. CTI Group has used what it learned from previous lab experiences with tier one providers to come up with this carrier class lab experience.

 

The environment can be used to familiarize users with the SmartRecord IP system, first hosted VoIP call recording solution, with little to no commitment to the product. According to InfoTech, the hosted IP telephony market is estimated to grow from $310 million in 2005 to almost $6 billion in 2010.

 

Since contact centers are becoming increasingly distributed, using hosted VoIP services help to drive efficiency, automation, and distribution into the communications infrastructure. Also, the recording facility ensures regulatory and legal considerations and compliance.
