Neopolitan Networks Intros New VoIP Solutions

Networking solutions provider Neopolitan Networks, has unveiled two new VoIP services, NeoPBX and NeoPhone, aimed at telecommunications cost savings, greater efficiency and smoother functioning.



 
"NeoPBX and NeoPhone have revolutionized the way we do business," said Griffon Walker, Managing Director of Information Technology for SocialText, and one of the first clients to adopt the new technology. "Neopolitan Networks is at the cusp of groundbreaking telecommunications development, and companies such as ours stand to benefit immensely from its high standards."
 
A scalable business-class solution, NeoPhone can be used as a single phone line or several hundred at a time. A definite enhancement over standard business phone lines, NeoPhone offers a variety of features including forwarding voicemails to e-mail.
 
In addition, to the usual features of traditional PBX (News - Alert), like music on hold and Interactive Voice Response (IVR), the NeoPBX offers functionalities such as adding personal MP3 files, forwarding voicemail to email, phone call monitoring, call recording, and call queuing. Plus, NeoPBX can be used as an inter-office phone system by deploying it in multiple office sites.
