BitWine and JAJAH (

Alert) have announced their technology partnership, which will enable consultants within the BitWine network—specializing in categories from business to nutrition—to transfer their knowledge to individuals in need through a JAJAH phone call.
Tenafly, New Jersey-based BitWine’s technology allows for real-time online consulting, leveraging web technologies. The company allows experts to provide paid professional consultation through the Web, whether on their own personal sites, BitWine's website, or via third-party online communities.
JAJAH’s Voice 2.0 platform merges VoIP
and traditional telephony to connect two callers on regular phones—landline or mobile—via the Internet, enabling BitWine’s community of experts to provide their consultation over any phone line in real time.
Explaining that by integrating JAJAH's calling solution, his company is able to provide users an easy-to-use platform for real-time Internet and phone consultations, Elad Baron, CEO and co-founder of BitWine, commented in a statement, “A BitWine advisor can easily upgrade a standard text chat session with a client into an over-the-phone, natural conversation.”
He also pointed out that BitWine’s experts find that using their voice is a powerful way to deliver key information to those looking for specialized knowledge.
BitWine does not require registration or downloads to use its features. Its solution enables credit card payments, appointment scheduling, and the ability to leave messages when advisers are offline. In addition, it also offers remote control for tech support experts to “see” and control a client's PC.
Now, through the integrated JAJAH technology platform, the entire consultation can be done over a standard phone line. According to BitWine, other solutions offer chat-only communication, limiting the depth of interaction between client and expert.
Roman Scharf, co-founder of JAJAH, noted that as people seek more ways to communicate and VoIP usage grows, JAJAH is empowering companies like BitWine to connect its users on regular phones without investment, infrastructure or downtime.
“BitWine and JAJAH working together allows people from all over the globe to connect, share expertise and their experience,” he added.
Today, JAJAH also announced the launch of the JAJAH Global Community Sponsorship Program. Through this program, JAJAH is extending an invitation to nonprofits and social enterprises to apply, and selected organizations will receive free JAJAH calling as well as free Public Service Announcements via JAJAH’s in-call advertising system.
