Brekeke Intros V2.1 of Brekeke PBX With .Net Control Option
By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributing Editor
Brekeke (News - Alert) Software has released Version 2.1 of its Brekeke PBX, an award-winning SIP IP-PBX (News - Alert) server software product popular for its reliability and customizability. The new release offers an option to use the Brekeke PBX Active Library (PAL), a Windows Control Library for creating call center applications.
“I can say with confidence that this release makes Brekeke PBX fully capable of integration with call centers,” said Shin Yamade, CEO of Brekeke Software in a statement.
Yamade explained that every call center has its own specific requirements that cannot be met with 'out of the box' solutions. Developers can use Brekeke PBX Active Library along with Brekeke PBX, to create call center applications that will meet their clients’ unique needs and requirements. He emphasized that customers can rely on their high-performance IP-PBX as their IP communications backbone.
As Brekeke PBX offers various application program interfaces (such as JTAPI and Web Services) developers can create flexible and optimal applications for their requirements. For this upgrade the bundled SIP Server has also been updated in this release to provide even greater call routing flexibility.
The company offers Brekeke PBX in two editions, Basic and Pro.
Brekeke made news last month for announcing the upcoming launch of its new SIP Server Advanced Edition, slated for availability this winter.
Founded in 2002, Brekeke is headquartered in San Mateo, California. Brekeke offers innovative technology with Brekeke PBX, Brekeke SIP Server, Brekeke JTAPI SDK, and the newly introduced Brekeke PAL.
