3CX Introduces IP PBX, VoIP and SIP Information Center in 22 Languages

By Niladri Sekhar Nath, TMCnet Contributing Editor

In a bid to educate visitors worldwide about IP PBX (News - Alert), VoIP and SIP, 3CX has introduced a multi-lingual IP PBX, VoIP and SIP FAQ. Users usually stumble upon various sites and articles on VoIP and SIP on the Web. However, they tend to ignore those articles due to excessive technical details. 3CX has made an attempt to reverse the trend by keeping the IP PBX, VoIP & SIP FAQ concise and relevant.

Visitors also fail to gather information on VoIP and SIP because of language barrier. Information about VoIP and SIP is often only available in English. However, the multilingual information center from 3CX will prove helpful for non-English audiences.

One can’t deny the fact that a significant percentage of the global population do not understand or have difficulty understanding English. Therefore, it’s always prudent to multi-lingual information center on IP PBX, VoIP and SIP.

“The use of VoIP and IP PBX is growing at a staggering rate,” said Nick Galea, 3CX CEO. “However, how many people actually understand its pros, or how they can set about taking advantage of it in their own environment? The IP PBX, VoIP & SIP FAQ will be a useful resource for those who wish to educate themselves on the subject.”

3CX now offers localized information available in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Greek, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Turkish, Norwegian, Swedish.
