Allworx VoIP Phones Address the Needs of SMBs
By Mae Kowalke, TMCnet Associate Editor
For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) needing to purchase new VoIP phones, two products from Allworx may be just the ticket.
Allworx’s 9102 and 9112 VoIP phones address two common situations: low call volume locations where compact design and affordability are paramount; and sophisticated users that handle high call volumes and need advanced features.
For the first set, the 9102 phone— introduced in March at a suggested retail price of $255—is ideal. Weighing in at 2.1 lbs, this phone provides access to the power and cost benefits of VoIP in an easy-to-use interface.
The 9102 comes with two programmable feature key, and supports two lines.
For users that place more demand on their phones, the 9112 offers twelve programmable feature keys and supports up to twelve lines. Formerly $355, the powerhouse 9112 is now available for $249.
Weighing in at 2.3 pounds, the 9112 allows users a great deal of versatility in programming the phone to best fit their needs.
