Altitude Software Hosts its Multimedia Contact Center Solutions on TelCentris' UC Service Delivery PlatformBy Nathesh, TMCnet Contributor Contact center software vendor Altitude Software has reportedly formed a partnership with TelCentris which will allow Altitude to host its multimedia contact center solutions on TelCentris’ unified communication service delivery platform (SDP). TelCentris is a San Diego-based unified communications and telecommunications provider developing advanced communication solutions and serving the needs of carriers, enterprises and consumers. The company uses its SDP to provide hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert) solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. According to a press release, the companies will bring together Altitude’s uCI Customer Interaction Management suite and TelCentris' state-of-the-art hosted IP-PBX services, thus offering the industry a single, cost-effective solution for robust contact center management that can satisfy any inbound and outbound contact center requirements. The combined solution will reportedly free organizations from disparate, difficult to manage systems and help them save thousands of dollars a year by removing the need for an expensive, on-premises system to get similar capabilities. According to Altitude, its Unified Customer Interaction (Altitude uCI) suite manages and improves customer relationships for each new interaction in a wide range of contact centers, from SMEs to large multi-site organizations. Altitude uCI provides an integrated user experience regardless of the channel used by the customer to contact the company – voice, email, interactive voice response (IVR) or the Web. Officials at TelCentris say only few hosted solutions can match the depth and quality of the partnership’s new offering, including predictive dialing for outbound calling, and easily customizable automated call distribution for inbound call management. Mark Lepko, president of Altitude Software (News - Alert), said uCI is a highly-flexible and fully integrated contact center suite that supports an increasing number of service delivery models, from hosted to on-premise solutions -- and this partnership with TelCentris will allow organizations to use a powerful, highly scalable, customizable multimedia contact center solution at a very competitive cost. The combined solution is completely customizable and can be up and running within a matter of days and not months like many on-premise solutions with little to no capital investment. Altitude recently launched enhanced unified desktop solution -- and TelCentris launched VoxOx 2, UC in one interface. Nathesh is a contributing editor for TMCnet.
