Teamstudio Enters into Partnership to Resell GEDYS IntraWare CRM Suite

Teamstudio, a provider of Notes/Domino application developer and administrator solutions, reportedly has reportedly entered into a partnership agreement whereby Teamstudio (News - Alert) will market and resell GEDYS IntraWare 7 customer relationship management product suite.

 

GEDYS IntraWare GmbH is a supplier of CRM solutions based on the Lotus Notes and Domino platform.

 

Company officials said that the IntraWare 7 CRM product line includes a complete suite for customer management, comprising of modules for sales, marketing and service, including solutions to sales management and methods, electronic customer files, workflow automation and campaign management.

 

“As a leading provider of CRM products in the Lotus Notes and Domino marketplace, we feel that GEDYS IntraWare is a natural choice to extend our product portfolio," said Stephanie Heit, vice president of sales, Teamstudio, in a statement.

 

Heit said that the company has been following the success of GEDYS and is excited about this new partnership agreement. He said that it will enable the company to market additional solutions to the established customer base while also pursuing new markets.

Wiedmann said that the company is confident that Teamstudio will help to expand its success globally, and look forward to a winning partnership.

 

In September GEDYS IntraWare had announced the partnership with three new international partners: Acuity B.V. in the Netherlands, Workplace AS in Norway and INOPI A/S in Denmark.  It will act as sales and service partners for the GEDYS IntraWare 7 CRM solution, which was awarded by IBM in 2008 as "Best Total IBM (News - Alert) Lotus Software Solution."

 

The current focus of GEDYS IntraWare is the strategic expansion of its international business and its already strong worldwide network of partners. For regions, where they have no or only underrepresented presence at the moment, they are looking for new committed partners.
