Antietam Call Center Announces Outbound Marketing Service for HVAC Clients

In order to remind homeowners or HVAC clients that its time to get their HVAC units serviced before winter, the company announced this new outbound service, said officials from Hagerstown, Md.-based Antietam.
 
Because the tough economy has forced many HVAC contractors to look for more revenue opportunities, Antietam Call Center said it came forward to help HVAC contractors.
 
Antietam Call Center actually partners with clients who are in need of inbound phone support during after hours or on a 24x7x365 basis. The company’s call center provides an extended professional work force, advanced redundant systems and software, along with data and messaging services.
 
The HVAC contractors can give their contact list of customers to Antietam Call Center, which helps remind the customers of the new outbound marketing service.
 
Antietam Call Center makes outbound calls using live professional and courteous staff members, in the evening hours, which offers a good opportunity for these agents to talk directly with homeowners or HVAC customers who are not picking up phones because they are at work or unavailable.
 
With this, HVAC unit maintenance calls are up by more than 20 percent.
 
In addition, homeowners can benefit from this service because it saves them money and assures them that their HVAC unit is running efficiently and at peak performance.
 
According to Antietam, the cost of this service pays for itself because one service call, otherwise not taken, will pay for the service from company itself for the month.
 
Apart from providing outbound services, Antietam Call Center also provides Management Information System, wherein specific data are collected and arranged to create detailed reports.
