Envision Announces Executive Direct Program

Envision has announced that their customers can now have direct and easy access to the company’s executive management team as needed thanks to a newly unveiled Envision Executive Direct Program.

 
Envision Telephony is a contact center solutions company offering products and services that enable organizations to deliver world class customer service.
 
Envision explains that the new Executive Direct program will help customers reach their executive team just like the ‘bat phone,’ the bright red phone Commissioner Gordon uses in the Batman comic strip to summon batman whenever there is trouble in Gotham City.
 
The program is the customer’s ‘bat phone’, according to the company, offering them quick access to engage with the very top level of the company.
 
The Executive Direct program offers every customer contact a phone, Web or email option for submitting their inquiry. When received, an appropriate member of Envision’s executive team, based on the nature of the inquiry, will respond directly to the request within 48 business hours, guaranteed.
 
Rodney Kuhn, CEO of Envision noted that if at any time customers believe their issues, questions or needs are not being adequately addressed through their primary contacts, Executive Direct provides an immediate and flexible escalation option.
 
Fortunately it’s far more common use has been as a simple way for customers to acknowledge the great efforts of the Envision team they work with regularly.
 
Analysts have said that Envision’ willingness to grant such access to the very top level of the organization’s management underscores their commitment to ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
 
The benefits to the customer through this program are that it provides quick and easy access to the Envision management or executive team; flexible and convenient methods for clients to initiate dialogue with the company or to receive response for their complaints and it provides contact that goes straight to the top of the company as well as offers guaranteed response and handling from the Envision executive team.
