By Niladri Sekhar Nath, TMCnet Contributing Editor

SmarterTrack 3.5 includes the new WhosOn feature, giving businesses the ability to track customers as they navigate Web sites in real-time and allows agents to invite users to Live Chats. This solution also adds more intelligent Ticket and Live Chat distribution methods, Google (News - Alert) mapping for Live Chat, and much more.
"We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with the features they are looking for—even between major release versions,” said Tim Uzzanti, CEO of SmarterTools. "SmarterTrack 3.x was one of the most anticipated releases in the history of SmarterTools, and we are committed to expand upon that success."
