Reliv Launches New Direct Advantage Autoship ProgramBy Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor Reliv, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of a proprietary line of nutritional supplements, has announced today the launch of an automatic shipment program that is designed to increase customer retention, while also helping its distributors to build strong businesses.
The new Direct Advantage Autoship Program was designed to ensure that customers receive their products on a regular monthly basis. It is established to significantly reduce the time that distributors spend on order fulfillment, allowing more time for focus on sponsoring and other business-building activities. "This is a win-win for distributors and customers," said Scott Montgomery, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Reliv, in a Monday statement.
"Customers never run out of their favorite Reliv products, plus they receive a discount on their orders. Distributors build a stronger customer base and garner new opportunities to increase sales and expand their organizations."
Direct Advantage will also incorporate a customer relationship management (CRM) program designed to increase sales through highly targeted marketing campaigns. Such an approach ensures that the company is focusing on customer preference, helping to build loyalty. Reliv has done well to pay attention to the processes that are in place to get their products to market and to the customer’s location. In doing so, the company was able to effectively identify areas of improvement. Such improvements are put in place for the distributor and the customer as it streamlines the internal process and gets the product to the customer in a more expedient and accurate way. Such an approach to customer service will build loyalty every time.
By focusing on building loyalty, Reliv is also building out its brand, ensuring that it can produce strong sustainability over time, as well as a focus on growth. This approach will be beneficial for all involved. Reliv launched the Direct Advantage Autoship Program at its International Conference, where it is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The program is set to go into effect immediately. Susan J. Campbell is a contributing editor for TMCnet and has also written for eastbiz.com.
