Zeacom Intros New Version of Unified Communications Suite

Zeacom, a global provider of Unified Communications Solutions for the
global, small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) marketplace, has
introduced Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) 5.1, the latest version
of its unified communications suite.

According to Zeacom CEO, Miles Valentine, "The availability of ZCC 5.1
is significant as it demonstrates Zeacom's ongoing commitment to
meeting both market demand and our customers' needs." He continued,
"ZCC 5.1 is truly unique, as it is the leading all-in-one Unified
Communications solution that addresses the needs of the 21st century
enterprise - from contact center agents, to receptionists, to sales
reps and executives, and so on."

According to the company, some features in the new version include Rich

Presence and Unified Messaging, Conferencing, Executive Mobile, and
available integration possibilities.
