Provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, eTelecare Global Solutions, announced recently the appointment of Industry veteran, David F. Palmer to the position of Vice President of Operations-Americas.

 

Palmer is best known for having managed domestic and overseas call centers for AOL (News - Alert). In the newly created position at eTelecare, Palmer will oversee operations and strategy for future expansion throughout the Western Hemisphere.

Palmer was with AOL LLC for 12 years, most recently leading International Operations and Global Outsourcing.
